Three weather systems will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms over several parts of the Philippines, state weather bureau PAGASA said.
In its weather advisory, PAGASA said Visayas, MIMAROPA, Bicol Region, Northern Mindanao, Zamboanga Peninsula, Caraga, Davao Region, Laguna, Batangas, and Quezon will see cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms due to the shear line.
Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms will also be expected in Mindanao, particularly over Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi because of the easterlies blowing from the Pacific Ocean.
In the northern part of the country, Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Aurora will experience cloudy skies with rains, while Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.
The easterlies will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over the rest of Mindanao.
Meanwhile the northern and eastern seaboards of Luzon will experience strong winds and rough seas. The rest of Luzon and the eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao will have moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough coastal waters.
Light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters are possible for the rest of the country.
