The city government of Manila are encouraging the public to get checked at other public hospitals as it announced on Sunday that the emergency rooms and wards of two public hospitals in the City of Manila were at full capacity.
According to the advisory of Manila Public Information Office (PIO), the Ospital ng Maynila Medical Center and Gat Andres Bonifacio Medical Center asked new patients to consider going to other public hospitals in the city for their medical needs as it had limited space.
(While the two hospitals are still providing services, we deeply apologize for the limited space for new patients. We encourage you to get checked at other public hospitals in the City of Manila. Thank you for understanding.)
Other government and city-run hospitals in Manila include the Philippine General Hospital, Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital, Sta. Ana Hospital, Ospital ng Tondo, and Justice Abad Santos General Hospital, among others.
