SOUTH KOREAN ACTOR KIM JI SOO OFFICIALLY SIGNS CONTRACT WITH GMA NETWORK

South Korean actor Kim Ji Soo is now a GMA artist as he signed a contract with Sparkle at the GMA Network. The actor was warmly welcomed by the GMA executives and employees on the contract signing with Sparkle GMA Artist Center.
"I am your oppa Kim Ji-soo. I am honored to share this new milestone in my acting career and signing with Sparkle GMA Artist Center. It will open new opportunities. I'm eager to work with GMA. I just wanna say I promise you to do my best.”
Present on the contract signing were GMA Network Senior Vice President for Programming, Talent Management, Worldwide, and Support Group and CEO of GMA Films Atty. Annette Gozon-Valdes, Sparkle GMA Artist Center and Talent Development and Management First Vice President Joy Marcelo, and GMA Network Senior Vice President for Entertainment Group Lilybeth Rasonable, and Universal Records Philippines managing director Kathleen Dy-Go.
Ji Soo has appeared in GMA Network action-drama series "Black Rider" as Adrian Park whose character participated in a gunfight scene, spoke Tagalog and English. And had several interactions with Yassi Pressman's character, Vanessa. He also recently joined the GMA Afternoon Prime series "Abot-Kamay Na Pangarap," where he plays the role of Dr. Kim Young.
According to GMA Network Senior Vice President for Entertainment Group Lilybeth Rasonable, the South Korean actor is in talks for a drama series. “There is another project being prepared. It's also a drama for primetime, so they just have to wait, but that's already there."
While Atty. Annette Gozon-Valdes said, “I think he will add another level to Sparkle and also we know his skills and talents. And I'm happy that he will now share it with the Filipino people and I hope to watch all his projects here on GMA."
Kim Ji Soo have done several movies and dramas on South Korea since his acting debut on stage in 2009. Some of his drama that become famous especially in the Philippines were “Strong Woman Do Bong Soon”, “When I was the Most Beautiful”, and “Sassy Go Go.”
