SEVERAL REGIONAL ROAD MISHAPS, PASSENGERS WERE KILLED AND INJURED

A motorcycle collided with a passenger bus in Maa Davao City where the father of the family driving the motorcycle and his infant son were killed while the infant's mother was injured. The three victims were rushed to the hospital, but the father and son were declared dead on arrival and the orphaned mother sustained serious injuries.
According to the police report, the bus and motorcycle collided when they arrived at the intersection, the bus turned left while the motorcycle went straight. The motorcycle was destroyed and its passengers were thrown after hitting the right side of the bus. The bus driver and passengers were not injured.
In Sta. Cruz Davao del Sur, the driver of a pick-up truck is dead after hitting a passenger bus. According to the police, the victim's head was split open and the driver of the pick-up and the bus conductor were injured.
In the intensity of the impact, the conductor hit the windshield of the bus after one of the passengers jumped off him. Based on the investigation, the pick-up lost its lane, when it came to the curved part of the highway, it collided with the oncoming bus.
A bus belonging to the Kingdom of Jesus Christ in Los Amigos Davao City crashed into a concrete barrier, and a pick-up truck parked on the side of a house was also hit. The front of the pick-up was damaged and the window of the house was cracked. No one was injured or killed in the incident. According to the police, the bus driver fell asleep while crossing the road.
In Tiaong Quezon, three passengers of a van were killed while seven were injured when the three vehicles collided. According to the report, the two vans were heading in the direction of Bicol when another van overtook until it was hit by an oncoming passenger bus bound for Manila.
