SAN JUAN CITY FIRE KILLED ONE FIRE VOLUNTEER
A fire volunteer was reported killed when a part of a house collapsed in a fire in San Juan City on Tuesday afternoon, while 80 families lost their homes due to the fire.
Firefighters are constantly fighting the fire in this part of Barangay Batis in San Juan at five o'clock on Tuesday. The fire engulfed fifty houses, the fire reached the third alarm before it was extinguished at eight o'clock in the evening.

According to the BFP, firefighters were removing supplies when one of the burned houses collapsed. Some of the firefighters survived but one of the fire volunteers was killed.
"The flooring that came from the second floor of the house fell on him, they tried to revive him at the San Juan Medical Center but our fire volunteer really couldn't take it anymore," BFP San Juan stated.
The relatives could not believe what happened to the fire volunteer, he loved his job as rescue personnel very much. The fire volunteer is said to be dedicated to his work.
The Regional Headquarters of the BFP has been informed of the incident and informed that the BFP-NCR will provide assistance to the family of the deceased fire volunteer.
No one was killed or injured among the residents who were affected by the fire but almost all of them did not save anything, they saved their pets and families. The BFP is still investigating the cause of the fire and the value of the damaged property.
