MUHLACH FAMILY TO GET JUSTICE AFTER ALLEGED HARASSMENT TO SANDRO MUHLACH

Actor Sandro Muhlach has approached the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) to formally file a complaint regarding the alleged harassment of him by two GMA Network independent contractors.

Sandro Muhlach is the son of former child star Niño Muhlach. The two independent contractors in GMA are Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz. According to the report, Sandro approached the NBI to file a complaint.

The issue of Sandro allegedly being harassed by two independent contractors of GMA was discussed online for several days. This follows an event at the Marriott Hotel in Pasay last month.

The issue became more heated when the actor posted a sad emoji with a black background on his Instagram account. This was also followed by a Facebook post by his father, Niño, " Inumpisahan niyo, tatapusin ko!"

Sandro's stepmom, Diane Abby Tupaz, also posted and said she could not accept that their children who were raised and cared for would be shamed. She threats, they will not allow that they will not get justice especially since their son will carry it for the rest of his life.

Niño's sister, Angela, also posted "Our family will be the one to break the injustices all of the other artists are facing! This has to be stopped. We will fight for justice.”

According to the camp of the accused contractors, it said that, "Our clients are deeply saddened by the serious allegations hurled against them circulating on social media. Although these allegations do not mirror the true accounts of the events, we would like to reserve the right to respond in a proper forum when we receive a copy of the formal complaint.”

Before this, his home network GMA received the actor's formal complaint. This was confirmed in a statement released by GMA Network. “GMA Network has just received a formal complaint from Sparkle artist Sandro Muhlach against two GMA independent contractors, Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz.” 

“Recognizing the seriousness of the alleged incident, GMA Network had already initiated its won investigation even before receiving the formal complaint. Respecting Sandro’s request for confidentiality, the investigating body will withhold all details of the formal investigation until its conclusion,” the statement said.

“The Network assure the public and all stakeholders of its commitment to conducting this investigation with the highest standards of fairness and impartiality,” it added.
