MMDA REPORTED VEHICULAR ACCIDENTS

A sport utility vehicle (SUV) hit the barriers on the EDSA busway in Santolan Quezon City. With the force of the impact, the front part of the SUV was damaged while the barriers were thrown onto the road.
Due to the accident, the traffic flow became heavy and reached as far as EDSA-Ayala Avenue in Makati and three lanes on EDSA Santolan Northbound were closed for more than an hour.
According to the MMDA, the driver is conscious but unable to move as it suffered a heart attack which caused him to lose control of the steering wheel at around 8:34 a.m. on Thursday near the People Power monument. The driver was brought to the Medical City in Pasig for treatment.
Meanwhile, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) reported that on 6:34 AM on Friday there was a road crash incident at Marcos highway Dela Paz involving Car and PUJ and one lane was occupied.
On 6:46 AM at Marcos highway Amang Rodriguez WB, there was a road crash incident involving car and Van, one lane occupied. At Whiteplains temple drive, a road crash incident involving Car and Van as of 7:11 AM, one lane is occupied.
Road crash incidents were also reported at Commonwealth Luzon WB involving 2 Motorcycles, at C5 Kalayaan SB involving Car and Van as of 7:25 AM, at EDSA Annapolis SB involving Car, MC and AUV which all occupied one lane and MMDA personnel were all on site of the incident.
