A new queen was crowned to represent the country in the 72nd edition of the Miss World pageant. Krishnah Marie Gravidez of Baguio was crowned Miss World Philippines 2024 in the coronation night held at the Mall of Asia Arena hosted by Billy Crawford and Universal Woman 2024 winner Maria Gigante.

Gravidez was crowned by reigning Miss World Krystyna Pyszkova of Czech Republic and outgoing Miss World Philippines queen Gwendolyne Fourniol.

Bested 32 other candidates in the pageant. With her winning answer on the question-and-answer portion with a question “Should inclusivity be a top priority among pageants? Yes or no? Explain your answer.”

Her answer: “Pageantry is a platform where we express ourselves as women and men. And I feel like this is a great platform for us to promote our advocacies, the cause that we're fighting for, and the things that we love. So, I think that in a world where we're evolving, I think we as humans should evolve too.”

Gravidez also took home the Best in Evening Gown, Best in Swimsuit, and Miss Photogenic special awards. She also was Top Model that made her qualify automatically for the Top 20. Before joining Miss World Philippines 2024, Krishnah was the previous Miss Charm Philippines 2023 titleholder.

Meanwhile, Miss World Philippines 2024 runners-up are Jasmine Omay of Tarlac as 1st princess and Pampanga’s Sophia Bianca Santos as 2nd princess. Four winners were also crowned with titles Reina Hispanoamericana Filipina, Miss Multinational Philippines, Miss Tourism Philippines, and Face of Beauty.

Dia Mate of Cavite, Nikki Buenafe of Pangasinan, Patricia Bianca Tapia of Batangas, and Jeanne Isabelle Bilasano of Bicol Region won the titles respectively.  Which will go in their respective international competitions abroad to represent the Philippines.
