FILIPINA REPRESENT: MARIA GIGANTE & MARINA SUMMERS

Two Filipinas reigning their throne representing the country Philippines. Maria Gigante is the newly crowned Miss Universal Woman 2024 among other 43 candidates in the international pageant held in Phnom Penh, Cambodia with the tagline “We are the new era of beauty.”
The Cebuana beauty queen, entreprenuer, and host was the second Universal Woman crowned aside from the Social Media Award. Gigante also joined national pageants in Binibining Pilipinas and Miss World Philippines.
Ladies who won the runners-up are Lisandra Chirinos from Venezuela (1st runner-up), Elisa Myshyne of France (2nd runner-up), Brianna Mai representing Cambodia (3rd runner-up), and from Dominican Republic Tavera Pena (4th runner-up).
On the other hand, Marina Summers is making the Filipino’s proud on her performances at the reality show of RuPaul’s Drag Race. On the latest episode Marina Summers made it to the top 4 of “RuPaul’s Drag Race: UK vs. the World 2” finals.
Marina is showing off the cultures and beauty of the Philippines through her performances and attire/costumes, from Luzon, to Visayas, to Mindanao. She is the only Asian representative in this show’s season, receiving three RuPeter badges from winning the challenges of the show.
Marina amazes the judges and the netizens on her lip sync and “AMAFILIPINA” performances and on her fascinating looks, attires inspired from national fish, karaoke, cruise ship, katipunera and other more show stopping looks.
