‘INHERITORS’ GATHERED TO CLAIM THE ‘HIDDDEN WEALTH’ ON BSP

Around 1,000 individuals from different provinces stormed the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) in Manila. According to those who marched, they are said to be the inheritors of up to a trillion pesos worth of wealth allegedly hidden in the BSP.
1,000 individuals from different provinces such as Leyte and Pangasinan gathered outside the BSP on Roxas Boulevard in Manila. They borrowed and even rented a bus just to get to BSP. Some of them are senior citizens.

The Manila Police District stopped them, especially since the group had gathered outside the BSP. Their aim is to rattle the Banko Sentral and take the hidden wealth of the Philippines which is said to be deposited in the BSP.
According to them, they will get one million each, among those who gathered outside the BSP is Gilbert Salvador whose real name is Gilbert Langres and he is the founder of the group Democratic and Republican Guardians Philippines Inc.
According to him, what has been hidden for a long time will reach P19.5 trillion and it is time for the BSP to release it, "So that the people can claim the hidden wealth that is here in the Bangko Sentral of the Republic of the Philippines. I want to convey to the Filipino people that it is time to take advantage of this because the wealth is fully matured. So during PBBM's time it should be released."
Where did he get this information, "I am referring to our Constitution, the Republic of the Philippines, which is the 1987 Philippine Constitution. We have a constitution, the question is, has our constitution been implemented?"
If one examines the 1987 Philippine Constitution, the Central Bank is mentioned only once. According to Article 12 Section 20 of the Constitution, "Until the Congress otherwise provides, the Central Bank of the Philippines, operating under existing laws, shall function as the central monetary authority."
According to the BSP, they do not directly give money to the people. It is said that they give dividends to the government to contribute to the program that can raise the livelihood of Filipinos.
So after some time, the group decided to leave without getting a penny from BSP. They said they delivered the letter to the BSP stating their grievances.
