‘FAKE FILIPINO’, ALICE GUO AND GUO HUA PING ARE ONE

Fake Filipino, that's what comes out of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI)'s analysis when it confirms that Bamban Mayor Alice Guo and the Chinese Guo Hua Ping are one and the same. The NBI proved that with the fingerprints of the two.

Guo Hua Ping is the alleged Chinese identity of Bamban Tarlac Mayor Alice Guo which the mayor has denied before. To prove it, the NBI subjected the fingerprints of Mayor Guo and Guo Hua Ping to analysis. In the results that came out, it was confirmed that Mayor Guo and Guo Hua Ping are the same person.

According to Senator Risa Hontiveros, it is true that there is no secret that cannot be revealed. Mayor Guo a.k.a Guo Hua Ping is said to be a fake Filipino. He is a Chinese who hides her Filipino identity to manage the crimes committed by POGO. This is said to be the strongest evidence to oust the suspended mayor from her position.

In the revealed riches and assets of suspended Mayor Alice Guo in the recent Senate hearings, the Anti-Money laundering council is now planning to file a case against the mayor according to Senator Sherwin Gatchalian.

"Their target in two weeks, there will be cases against Alice Guo and the other personalities will be money laundering. So, in other words, they found very strong evidence that money laundering was involved," Gatchalian said.

Another Alice Leal Guo was also discovered in the Senate, based on the NBI clearance presented at the Senate hearing. November 3, 2005 the NBI clearance of another Alice Guo was released, just a few days before Mayor Guo filed a delayed birth certificate registration.

Solicitor General Menardo Guevarra said the result of the NBI's fingerprint matching is important evidence for the Quo warrant case against Mayor Alice Guo. It is said that this will speed up the process in the case to disqualify Mayor Guo from holding any position in the government. One of the qualifications for public office is being a Filipino.
