No Bake Choco-Nut Cookies

When you’re craving to eat something sweet like cookies but buying it outside will cost you too much, and now you wanted to try doing it on your own. But the problem is you don’t have an oven available at home. There’s nothing to worry! Because making cookies can be made using just a pan! And if you have an oven toaster, that would be much better!

Sharing you this easy recipe of no bake chocolate-nut cookies, that can make a lot of pieces!

Ingredients:

• 1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
• 1 egg
• 50 grams melted butter
• 1/3 cup brown sugar
• ½ tsp baking soda
• ¾ cup chocolate chip
• ½ cup cashew nuts/preferred nuts
• 1/8 tsp salt

Instructions:

• Melt the butter in a pan, once melted put it in a bowl then put in the sugar and mix it. Then put the egg together with the mixed butter and sugar, and mix once again.
• In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients together and mix it (flour, salt, baking soda).
• Slowly, combine the mixed dry ingredients to the wet ingredients then mix it thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
• Then add the chocolate chip and cashew nuts/your preferred nuts for a burst of flavorful cookies, and mix again.
• Using a spoon, scoop the dough then roll it into balls and put it in a tray/plate.
• Heat up the pan over low heat, it is best to use a non-stick pan or brush the pan with little butter or oil to the dough won’t stick.
• Place the dough with spaces apart from each other, press lightly if you want to top it with peanut and chocolate chips.
• Put on the lid, then wait for 10-15 minutes until sightly brown and crispy.
• Check the cookies for a while, once done let it cool for a minute.
• Store it and enjoy eating it anytime you wanted without going outside
